Beth Wakely is the at DeSmet High School in St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Wakely is a graduate of the University of Missouri's LIS program. Her work experience encompasses both public and private schools, K-12. She supervises the school library field experiences for the LIS program and teaches the School Library Administration course.


Beth Wakely interviews Judy Schwentker, elementary librarian in the Washington, Missouri, School District. Beth and Judy discuss "Book Buzz", a community-based program to promote reading in the elementary schools.
