Tim Heiges, Regional Sales Manager, is responsible for all
initial and ongoing requirements for the State and acts as the
specific contact person responsible and accountable for the outcome
of services. He is responsible for all ongoing communication
with the contact(s) identified by the State.
He has considerable experience in all facets of EBSCO's services, and provides demonstrations and training sessions on EBSCOhost and its many features and options. He is available to demonstrate EBSCOhost and conduct any type of training sessions with the State and member libraries. He has been with EBSCO for more than 9 years, coordinating
sales for consortia, including project implementation and training of
online databases to schools, public libraries and academic institutions. As noted, he has considerable experience in implementing and training hundreds of schools, public libraries and academic libraries with automated databases in a four state territory. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio, Television & Film from the University of Arkansas. Tim is available to assist the State with any issues or concerns that may arise, as well as help with on-going project-related services, including training as mentioned above.
